PShaw interview in COMICS COMICS #2
CC#2   Have you seen the great new publication Comics Comics? The big second issue is an oversized 17x23" broadsheet newspaper printed in dark blue ink. It features 2 full pages of my comics, in addition to the cover art, and a lengthy interview by Dan Nadel. Originally planned to possibly be free and in color [like the 1st issue], I had prepared a color version of the cover that went unused and is seen here for your amusement. 'Cuz ya gotta' have Tux Dog in color!

did you see these PShaw events in October 2006?

PShaw gave a live lecture with digital presentation about how he makes a STRINGS broadsheet comic strip at the 215 Festival in Philly on Saturday October 7th. Philly was great! I also saw the fabulous Space 1026 art & record collection.

PShaw attended SPX 2006 in Bethesda on Friday October 13th & 14th at the 'PictureBox' table. He sold his STRINGS book, a 45 RPM record with giant fold-out poster, the full color 'SpinUp & SpinDown' 80-panel flippable book and their accompanying Upside-Down plush dolls. Tony Millionaire and Brian Chippendale each bought an SpinUP & Down Plush at SPX -Thanks guys!

PShaw was also a feature interview in Hi*Fructose magazine #2
HiFvol2   The 2nd issue of an 'under the counter-culture magazine of toyploitation' that treats its readers with many fine in depth forcible exposures of top illustrators, toy designers and other collectible toy-related features. You may have trouble finding a copy of this issue, so maybe wait for the trade paperback to come out. Hi*Fructose!
